Marcio Oliveira

Chief Executive Officer & Partner, Lew'Lara\TBWA

Márcio began his career as an account executive at AlmapBBDO, working with Volkswagen.  From Almap he went to Y&R, where he was responsible for Danone (Dannon) and Ford. In 1999, he started at Lew’Lara (which was not yet TBWA) and was responsible for important accounts such as Nokia, Banco Real, Pernambucanas, TIM and Natura. 


Oliveira was nominated for the Caboré Prize in 2005. In 2010 he won the award for Service of the Year in the Professional Contribution Award by the Association of Advertising Professionals. In 2013, he founded the G.A. (Grupo de Atendimento – Account Services Group in English) along with Marcelo Passos. By the year of 2014 he was was included in the Top 10 most outstanding account professionals in Brazil by Grupo Consultores, Agency Scope. 


In 2015, he was named one of the 20 most influential ad men in Brazil by GQ Magazine and joined the Abramark National Marketing Hall of Fame. In 2016 he won the Caboré Prize as the Communication Industry Enterpreneur of the year and was chosen as the Advertiser of the Year in the Columnists Award. Already in 2017, he was the winner of the Executive category of the Professional Highlight Communication Award of ABP (Brazilian Advertising Association) and became one of the vice presidents of the new management of ABAP (Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies). 


His professional position today requires a differentiated work to develop the agency's talents and ensure the integration between his departments with the client. In this way, he develops a strategy to manage the whole process, making the agency more efficient and profitable. 




He is currently Chief Executive Officer & Partner at Lew'Lara\TBWA, and leads the entire operation of the agency.
